At Erkoos, we highly value every purchase, and we make every effort to fulfill all shipping requests promptly to ensure you receive your jewelry as quickly as possible. To ensure your orders reach you as expected, please take a moment to review our shipping policy for online orders.
1. Business Shipping Hours
Our business shipping hours are as follows:
- Monday — Friday: 9 a.m. — 4 p.m. PST, excluding national holidays.
We typically process orders within 3-7 days from the date of your order placement. Orders made on weekends, or holidays will be processed on the following business day. While we strive for timely deliveries, please be aware that we cannot be held accountable for carrier delays or delays due to holidays, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

If you select USPS Priority on a non-business day, it will be shipped on the following business day. For instance, if you place an order on Saturday with Priority shipping, it will be shipped on Monday and delivered on Wednesday.

Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled, and changes to the delivery address are no longer possible.

ERKOOS INC does not assume responsibility for reimbursing or compensating for returned packages or their missing contents, whether lost in transit with or without proof of delivery.
2. International Shipping
For all international orders, additional shipping charges based on taxes, tariffs, and duties may apply, depending on the country's regulations. ERKOOS INC is not associated with these fees. Customers are responsible for paying these fees at the time of delivery. Most countries calculate shipping charges, taxes, tariffs, and duties during checkout, ensuring that customers do not owe any additional charges upon delivery.

In the case of international orders, if your package goes unclaimed and is returned to us, we may refund the product's cost, but the shipping cost will not be refunded.

ERKOOS INC does not provide return shipping labels for international orders. The responsibility for returned international shipments lies with the customer. We are not liable for any additional shipping costs associated with returns and exchanges. ERKOOS INC also does not assume responsibility for reimbursing or compensating for returned packages or their missing contents, whether lost in transit with or without proof of delivery.
3. Unclaimed Packages
In the event that a package is left unclaimed and subsequently returned to ERKOOS INC, the customer will be responsible for the re-delivery cost, which is a flat fee of $10 for USA shipments and $50 for international shipments.
4. Possible Delays
While we take every precaution to ensure the timely delivery of all orders, it's important to note that due to circumstances such as COVID-19, carriers may experience delays. These delays may result in packages arriving outside the estimated delivery timeframe. We appreciate your understanding and patience during these challenging times.
